Coogi Flowertox BB Cream
Gorgeous Felicia is very generous and encouraged me to try out her Coogi Flowertox BB Cream before sending it out to her. Of course, I tried it out of curiousity, hahaha. Thanks so much babe!
Since I only tested this for a day, this review may be partial, but overall I’m highly impressed with this BB Cream.
Shade:
Out of the box, it is yellow toned, but when applied, it rapidly turn into pink. I set it with my NARS Loose Powder in Snow and it’s okay. Good match for my skin, but I’ll love it more if it’s paler.
Texture:
Very easy to blend. I only need tiny bit to cover my face. I did use more moisturizing sunscreen underneath, since I’ve heard that Coogi have very good oil control.
Coverage:
Medium-full. I have a lot of red acne scars and Coogi evens out my skin well. I think the coverage is similar to Missha Perfect Cover BB Cream.
Finish:
Non cakey matte finish. I went out for lunch in hot/humid condition, but oil control is impressive. It turns into semi matte finish after I’ve sweat and all, but makeup still looked fresh. Works pretty well on my big pores too.
Sun Protection:
Claims to have SPF25/PA++. This is a major plus, since even though I wear sunscreen underneath, having SPF in a foundation/BB cream/TM means less chance of diluting sunscreen’s protection.
All in all, for matte, oil controlling BB cream with SPF, I love this much more than Skinfood Aloe BB Cream. Even though it may not be for me since I have drier skin, I hope you ladies who ordered this through me will be satisfied! I’m looking forward to reading your reviews
